Rome - The Last Day

The last day in Rome we made the trek to the Trevi Fountain.  Legend says that if you toss a coin into the fountain, you will return to Rome someday.  I contributed a whole fifty cents.

 Here I go!

 After this we headed for the airport.  We got a late plain to Birmingham, England.  We had to spend a few hours in the airport as our train to Cardiff didn't leave until 0730.  But eventually we got back to Trefforest, where I was forced to see the doctor for the lovely cough I had developed in Florence.  He just gave me painkillers.  Got to love socialized medicine.  So I finally got to bed round five that evening, after being awake for thirty hours.  Needless to say, I slept in the following day!
