Sean Penn is an idiot
Sean Penn recently unloaded on conservatives, but what else is new?
---
"I almost wish Jerry Falwell were alive to see this. Almost," Penn shouted to the crowd. After dropping some names of conservatives who are still with us - "Bill O'Reilly, who is too stupid to talk about," and "Sean Hannity, the butt boy of Rupert Murdoch," Penn said, "We know something more. We know their end is near."
---
First, Penn is dead wrong. Murdoch is one of the richest and most prolific media barons in US history. Bill O'Reilly (though I don't necessarily agree with him) has high ratings, along with a highly-ranked radio show, and Sean Hannity is near the top with regard to most listened to radio.
In fact, HERE is a breakdown of the ten most listened to talk radio hosts.
1) Rush Limbaugh
2) Sean Hannity
3) Michael Savage
3) Dr. Laura
4) Glenn Beck
5) Laura Ingraham
5) Mark Levin
6) Neil Boortz
6) Dave Ramsey
7) Mike Gallagher
7) Michael Medved
8) Jim Bohannon
8) Clark Howard
8) Bill O'Reilly
8) Doug Stephan
9) Bill Bennett
9) Jerry Doyle
9) George Noory
9) Ed Schultz
10) Rusty Humphries
10) Kim Kommando
10) Lars Larson
10) Jim Rome
An overwhelming amount of these people are conservatives. We may not necessarily agree with them, but we must admit that they are the most listened to host in America. Perhaps Sean Penn should wake up and do some homework before making ignorant comments.
