Brush up on MLA documentation in this Writing Center workshop presented by Associate Dean and Professor of English Emily Haddad, scheduled for Wednesday, February 8, at 7 p.m. NOTE the special room location: Beacom Hall Auditorium, room 133.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:

MLA Documentation (Wed., February 8, 7-8 p.m., Beacom Hall auditorium, room 133): This workshop introduces students to the conventions of MLA style citation and documentation. The workshop covers different ways to use sources within the text of essays, including quoting, paraphrasing, and using introductory tags for borrowed material. The workshop is primarily for students in humanities courses. Workshop conducted by Emily Haddad, Associate Dean of Arts and Sciences, Professor of English.
