The best book in the world!

I have recently acquired a book that gives the best top ten lists EVER! David Letterman has nothing on this book! It is very disturbing if you dont have a sense of humor or a perverse sense of curiosity. This is from The Little Book of Bad Taste: by Karl Shaw - this book is a compilation of disturbing facts throughout history. Safe Sex: History's 10 Most Original Contraceptive Devices 1. Pessaries made from crocodile dung (ancient Egypt) or from goat's bladders (ancient Rome) 2. Sixteen tadpoles fried in quicksilver to be swallowed quickly by the woman immediatly after intercourse (ancient China) 3. Spitting three times in the mouth of a frog, or eating bees immediatly after intercourse (Dominican Church, 13th century) 4. Mashed pomegranate mixed with rock salt and alum (ancient Arabia) 5. Drinking raw onion juice (Europe, 16th century) 6. Ingesting cabbage immediatly after intercourse (Europe, 17th century) 7. Jumping backward seven or nine times after intercourse (Islamic, 18th century) 8. Condoms made from animal offal (Europe, 18th century) The original condoms were made by slaughterhouse workers from sausage skins. The modern variety did not become popular until Mr. Goodyear vulcanized rubber in 1843. In Japan, men continued to wear sheaths made from leather or tortiseshell. 9. Because he hated using condoms, Casanova placed faith in a technique by which he inserted into his partner three gold balls, purchased from a Genoese goldsmith for about 50pounds.
