Hyperion Already Breaking Promises
Well they haven't even started building it yet, but the Hyperion Group is protesting environmental regulations and wants to skirt the law. They do not want to put a device that would capture and eliminate hazardous vapors from the proposed refinery. Back when they wanted all the permits and it was on the ballot they said that they would follow the regulations of the EPA and the State of South Dakota. Now that it's been approved and all the elections are over their true colors have shown and they are the same big oil executives who are going to destroy the environment in the Union/Clay County areas.I urge you to continually oppose this project until they sign a contract with the state or legislation is passed to hold them to their promises.
